W2G specializes in handling the conversion of books to the proper e-Book formats for sale through:
- Websites and Blogs
- FaceBook
- e-Commerce sites of your choosing
- Apple iBooks
- Amazon
- Barnes and Noble
Our fees for these services vary, depending on the range of services you require from us.
1) Original format of book:
a) If a book is available in Word format, with only a cover graphic (any kind) and no additional graphics or tables, and is less than 400 pages, the book can be converted to all necessary formats for a flat fee of $99.00.
b) If a book is available in computer format but not in Word format (say, PDF or Word Perfect), contains illustrations or tables, is 400 pages or longer, or requires additional formatting by our staff, prices could range from $99 to $299.00.
c) We can convert paper books to digital format. This is a very labor intensive process. Please contact us for details.
Either way, once the conversion to all major formats is completed, we can then offer two choices for making your book available for sale:
a) If you wish to handle all of the submission of books to various services by yourself, we will simply email you the completed files, and our services are complete.
b) If you would like us to handle the full gamut of services required to submit your book to all of the major services, we can manage all of that for you.
We would:
- Submit your book to all of the major eBook publishers in the correct format.
- Monitor sales and marketing activities by those publishers.
- Collect your royalties.
- Send you a monthly check and statement.
For this service, we charge 17.5% of your royalties plus expenses (ISBN numbers, submission fees, any marketing you wish us to handle). This plan is best for authors who would rather have someone else handle these services for them, but without having to pay any up-front costs. (Note: You must use our conversion services listed above to participate in this program.)
